ACE Healthcare is seeking a CNA or PCA for home healthcare in the Newnan, GA area. The ideal candidate would have worked in a home healthcare setting with a medically fragile child.

Job Description:

• Provide direct care to a client in-home to ensure that the client is comfortable, well-cared for, and engaged.
• Be flexible in approach within reason that will help keep the client safe and comfortable.
• Help clients transfer from their chairs/beds and ambulate safely around their home.
• Assist client with walking, including the use of walker and wheelchair, stander when applicable.

Qualification:

• Current negative TB test/chest X-ray.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must pass background checks.
• At least one year of home health experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must know how to use the Hoyer lift.
• Must have a home care experience.
• Pediatric experience is needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Weekly Schedule:

• Sundays: 7:00 am-1:00 pm.
• Tuesdays: 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
• Thursdays: 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
• Fridays: 8:00 am-2:00 pm.
• Saturdays: 8:00 am-1:00 pm.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience:

• Vital signs experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).

License/Certification:

• CNA/PCA/HHA (Preferred).
