At the Customer's discretion, guaranteed hours may exclude holiday hours where the facility or department for Agency employee's regularly assigned shift is closed in observance of said holiday. Cancellation: If cancelled agreement occurs less than 14 days prior to start of assignment, fee of 12 hours x bill rate applies • If termed agreement occurs without 30 days' notice after start of assignment, fee of (3) twelve-hour shifts x current bill rate applies.
