Sales Account AssociateAs a Sales Account Associate for Kellie Moore State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Plus helping potential customers with quoting them and answering their questions. You improve the lives of our customers and potential customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This position is a base hourly pay plus commission sales position. Breakroom area with vending and a free Coffee/Latte/Cappuccino machine.Responsibilities:Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries along with multi-lining recommendations.Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Making daily outbound sales calls.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous State Farm experience or other insurance experience could be considered.Currently Licensed.
