Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as Research federal anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and executive orders to complete assignments regarding routine and basic tasks of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints process; Gather, organize, and objectively analyze data, statements, and employment records to identify discrepancies or trends; Demonstrate sensitivity and professionalism required to handle emotionally charged workplace complaints neutrally and confidentially; Utilize strong organizational skills to track regulatory deadlines, maintain intake logs, and systematically manage physical and electronic case files. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
