We are seeking a Crating Specialist to join our team, Dynamic Systems Inc, in Poestenkill, NY .

Responsibilities:

• Build shipping crates and prepare equipment for domestic and international shipment using assembly drawings, work instructions, and packaging specifications.
• Perform mechanical assembly of equipment, subassemblies, and fixtures following engineering drawings and procedures.
• Complete finishing tasks including painting, touch-up work, cleaning, labeling, and final shipment preparation.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects, workspace organization, and crating area upkeep.
• Support production, operational, and special project needs as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of hands-on mechanical, assembly, carpentry, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Military experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25-$27 per hour , based on experience
