The Quick Lane Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with routine maintenance and quick-service needs in a fast-paced service environment. This role focuses on delivering an efficient, transparent, and positive customer experience by coordinating vehicle check-in, recommending maintenance services, and supporting timely service completion.

Job Duties

• Greet customers and assist with express maintenance and quick-service needs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and review recommended maintenance services.
• Prepare and explain service estimates clearly and accurately.
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and service recommendations.
• Ensure timely service flow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Review completed work with customers and explain invoices.
• Promote additional maintenance services as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service throughout the visit.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully pass a background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, as applicable.
