Springfield Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and to help manage daily office operations. The role includes interviewing patients, gathering medical information, vital signs, and test results, while maintaining detailed documentation in the medical record.
