Frontline Applicant Tracking - Wayzata Public Schools ISD 284 Date Posted: 10/2/2026 Location: Kimberly Lane Elementary School Position Description: The person in this position will be responsible for providing behavioralsupport during the school day, both in classrooms as well aslunch/recess supervision. Duties includeworking one-on-one with individual students to teach and reinforce expected behaviors, supporting small groups of students who demonstrate a need for social/emotional/behavior support,actively supervising students in the cafeteria and on the playground, etc.The person would receive work direction from the associate principal. Qualifications: High School diploma required. Highly Qualified Status Required. Preference for two-year post-secondary training. Must be flexible and willing to work in a variety of settings with a variety of students and staff May need to lift, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds Must maintain data privacy and confidentiality for all students Computer skills preferred Experience working with young children, preferably in a school environment Ability to take direction Strong communication and organizational skills Calm demeanor in high pressure situations Experience teaching behavior expectations and supporting students with challenging behavior, preferred Medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability, employee assistance program, and 403b (tax sheltered annuity) employer match program Selection Procedure: Position is open only to current Administrative Professional/Paraprofessional Unit Employees through 10/8/View email address on click.appcast.io:00PM.
