Objectives and key responsibilities include managing and consulting inbound pre-set appointments to meet and exceed sales targets. Engaging with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value. Conducting product presentations and providing detailed information on our services. Negotiating and closing high-ticket residential and commercial deals. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the CRM system. Participating in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance. Contributing to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success.

Competencies and requirements include strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas. (Preferred) 2+ years of sales experience. Laptop or tablet for proposal presentations. Comfortable with in-home presentations. Must complete and pass our Bootcamp Training Program.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
