Job Title : Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Westfield, IN 46074
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract: 5 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Westfield, IN . This role is ideal for an RN with occupational health and manufacturing experience who is passionate about employee health, workplace safety, and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services, including first aid and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Respond to on-site medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and coordinate return-to-work programs.
• Conduct employee health screenings, including vision/eye exams.
• Maintain OSHA-required medical records and medical surveillance programs.
• Manage medical supplies and ensure clinic readiness.
• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), HR, managers, and supervisors to promote a safe work environment.
• Conduct employee health and safety training.
• Participate in emergency response and workplace safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSN or another relevant Bachelor's degree).
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in Occupational Health.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience handling workplace medical emergencies.
• Experience with workers' compensation case management.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety.
• Experience performing vision/eye exams and employee health screenings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
• Experience with injury management, medical surveillance, and return-to-work programs.
