Buena Park, United States | Posted on 08/06/2025 Summary TheTraining Coordinator is responsible for developing unique training courses andprograms for all employees. Primary duties will include speaking withdepartment heads and HR personnel to determine training needs, implementingtraining programs into company procedures and reviewing data from previoustraining programs to determine their success in helping employees learn aboutthe company or a particular skill. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitates monthly training sessions in accordancewith department schedules. Participates in job shadowing as the preferredon-the-job training method of new hires to maximize efficiencies of theemployees, minimize anxiety, and promote retention of valuable employees. Creates training content in the form of SOP’s andOPL’s during machinery implementation or processes. Ensure the training skills matrix is maintained andvisually posted. Creates training schedules for all companydepartments in coordination with department heads, track and create reports onoutcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company. Administers Alchemy training programs and serves as a liaison with department heads entering audit-ready training records into thesystem. Gathers and evaluates information from employees andmanagement on previous training to identify areas for opportunity and orremedial training. Attends seminars and meeting to learn new trainingmethods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate futuretraining sessions. Develop and execute a Train the Trainer program forthe facility. Assists supervisors on 30-60-80 and annualperformance assessment, focused on key skills. Creates and communicates company trainingopportunities to employees to help foster engagement. Develop and track monthly training calendar forcompletion. Participates in plant forums as needed. Assists QA in creating refresher trainings todocuments as CAPA to process deviations. Spends considerable time in key operational areas ofthe plant to observe individuals or groups who may need additional training orinstruction. Maintains production planning/specification sheetsas needed. Previoustraining experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Bilingualin English and Spanish, required Ability to operate media equipment suchas projectors and personal computers. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledgeableabout learning management systems, instructional design and e-learningplatforms. Experiencein FDA regulated environment with solid knowledge of Good ManufacturingPractices. Knowledgeabout traditional and modern training methods and techniques. Knowledgeof general workplace safety.
