Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology/Infusion position at an ambulatory unit on Martha's Vineyard, with oncology or infusion experience strongly preferred and an active MA RN license required.

Details

• Ambulatory oncology/infusion unit (Chemo & IV Therapy)
• Primary schedule is 4x10-hour shifts (7:30am–6:00pm), with the possibility of a few weeks of 5x8-hour shifts (8:00am–4:30pm or 9:30am–6:00pm)
• Epic used for charting
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)
• Oncology experience with ONS chemo/biotherapy/immunotherapy provider card strongly preferred
• Infusion nursing experience also considered
• ACLS is not required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Shared housing may be available — no guests or pets permitted, and candidates must have their own transportation
• Local candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but will be offered a reduced pay rate
• Time tracking is done via UKG/Kronos
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
