What You'll Do

• Guide customers through a professional, consultative vehicle purchase experience
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Demonstrate product knowledge across Toyota's lineup, including hybrid and electric vehicles
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
• Present financing, leasing, and protection options alongside our finance team
• Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom opportunities promptly
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Represent Maplewood Toyota with professionalism both in-store and in the community

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital retail tools
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
