- Responsible for managingcommercial and industrial electrical projects
- Responsible for managing mid-risemulti-family residential apartment buildings
- Experience leading a team of upto 15 electricians, assigning required daily tasks
- Job site management of materialsfor work to be completed
- Tracking manpower for specifictasks and assuring efficient execution
- Coordinating and communicatingproject updates with the office team regarding change orders and otherpertinent project information
- Successful completion of projectswithin scheduled deadlines and budgets
- Strong communication with theproject manager, client and other trades
- Able to complete and deliveras-builts and project closeout documentation
- 10+ years of experience incommercial, industrial, and mid rise residential multi family projects
- Must have 6+ years of leading ateam of electricians
- Four year training withaccredited electrical school required with journeyman certificate
- Company van provided with gascard
- Possess excellent communicationskills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
- Must possess strong knowledge ofNEC
- OSHA 30 or willing to obtain
- Must have valid driver'slicense
