Marketing Director

Boston, Massachusetts, United States The Pioneers The Pioneers are looking for a competent Marketing Director to be in charge of the organizations marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the organization's market presence and help it find a voice that will make a difference. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the organization's activities. Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently. Plan and execute campaigns by organizing and developing specific programs and determining organization's presence at conventions, annual meetings and seminars. Monitor campaigns and advertisementsprogress and submit performance reports. Responsible for producing valuable content for the organizations online presence, editorial design and organizing the organizations publications. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and future enhancements. Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects. Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals. Qualifications/Skills Excellent leadership and organizing skills. Analytical and creative thinking. Exquisitecommunication and interpersonal skills Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Knowledge of web analytics and advertisement platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords. Customer-oriented approach with aptitude. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
