Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient experience skills, critical care thinking, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Emergency Department is responsible for providing comprehensive care and treatment for patients facing a wide range of emergency conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess and prioritize patient needs in critical situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and liaise with medical staff and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner EHR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have a valid RN license with at least 2 years of experience in emergency services.
• Required certifications include ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and NIHSS.
• Experience with critical care and trauma patients is preferred.
