Donation Processing Specialist 3

$13 - $15 per hour

Job Description
Join our virtual call center team and make a difference bysupporting nonprofit organizations. We're looking forprofessional, reliable agents to manage donor calls andcontribute to meaningful causes - all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with donors
Accurately log data in call systems
Provide program details and excellent service
Uphold performance metrics consistently

Requirements

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

A high school diploma or GED
6+ months of remote experience or 1 year of on-sitecustomer service
A calm, professional phone presence
Solid typing and Microsoft Office skills
A quiet home workspace and flexible hours

Technology Requirements:

Windows 11 ONLY - No Chromebooks or Apple
8 GB RAM computer is preferred
Dual monitors (highlysuggested)
Noise-canceling USB headset (not requiredduring application)
Hardwired internet connection ( not required duringapplication )
