Responsibilities: Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the correct tables Assist servers by communicating order status and ensuring smooth table service Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer basic guest questions Ensure proper food presentation and quality before delivering to guests Support kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain efficient service flow Clear and reset tables as needed to support a clean dining environment Communicate any special dietary needs or allergy concerns to the appropriate staff Requirements: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one About Us: Elia Hospitality LLC is a hospitality group dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences rooted in warmth, quality, and genuine care for every guest.
