Front Desk Agent - Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa

Be the welcoming face of one of the Brandywine Valley's most distinctive hotels.

The Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa is looking for friendly, enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. Set within a beautifully preserved historic village, our 28-room boutique inn offers a unique guest experience where personalized service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality make all the difference.

We're looking for people who are warm, polished, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping others. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience-welcoming visitors, helping them discover everything our property and the Brandywine Valley have to offer, and making sure every stay feels special.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with booking requests
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences throughout the Brandywine Valley
  • Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns promptly and thoughtfully
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and handle front desk transactions
  • Keep the lobby and front desk areas organized, welcoming, and guest-ready
  • Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to make every stay memorable
What We're Looking For

  • Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and learning hotel reservation systems
  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred, but not required
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
