The position reports to the Director of Capture Management. In this key growth role, you will drive strategies that secure new and recompete contracts delivering cutting-edge capabilities to warfighters and advancing national security. As an HII MTC Capture Manager you will work closely with diverse stakeholders across executive leadership, business development, portfolio leads, program managers, technical subject matter experts and Government customers to shape and execute winning capture strategies across the pre-award lifecycle. The Capture Manager must be execution oriented, while also thinking strategically about emerging customer needs, competitive positioning, requisite capabilities, and the tactics needed to enable the company to capture opportunities in new and emerging markets. This position requires a highly organized individual with a deep understanding of the Department of War (DOW), competitive landscape and the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams across the organization.
