Human Resources Manager We are looking for a self‑driven Human Resources Manager to join our Nuclear team in Round Rock, Texas. The role is a hands‑on, full‑time onsite position that may require limited domestic travel. Location: Round Rock, Texas (Onsite) Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 (Texas range is a general guideline; final offer will reflect qualifications, experience and market considerations). Responsibilities Partner with senior management to implement the organization’s business strategy and objectives. Advise management on operational and business decisions and make recommendations to achieve objectives. Serve as a close advisor to the head of HR and key member of the HR team. Administer performance coaching and salary programs ensuring effectiveness, compliance and equity. Apply compensation benchmarking, analyze results, prepare recommendations and action plans to address gaps. Manage annual variable compensation plans for the business unit. Lead succession planning, training and leadership development initiatives for the business unit. Assess needs and work with management to define programs and plans complying with quality requirements related to HR. Provide direction and coaching on effective resolution of employee relations and performance issues. Manage the company departure process. Identify and interpret legal requirements affecting HR functions, ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance. Advise management on legislative changes affecting HR programs. Research HR issues and trends, and recommend proactive programs, procedures and plans to improve employee satisfaction. Manage and motivate assigned staff, set goals, evaluate performance and provide ongoing feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role. Solution‑ and results‑focused with a strong take‑action attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching and counseling at all levels. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency, with experience developing and implementing effective programs, policies, processes and systems. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix organization and build strong relationships. Professional HR designation preferred. Experience training adult learners and using Workday preferred.
