We operate a diverse commissary kitchen that caters by land, air, and sea. Our team gets to be creative and produce a variety of food ranging from fine dining to large-scale production. We are seeking an experienced kitchen steward to join our culinary team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Work independently in the dish area, cleaning dishes and pans

• Accept food orders and put products away, making sure to rotate stock properly
• Help chefs with light food prep
• Work on various assigned cleaning projects
• Comply with all applicable sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with teammates and GCC leadership
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and clients
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES ? 3+ years of verifiable work experience

• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Experience in large-scale production, preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
