What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound calls from existing customers
• Assisting with account updates, policy changes, and billing questions
• Helping customers enroll in automatic payment options
• Providing solutions to customer concerns while delivering a positive experience
• Retaining customer relationships through professional and effective service
• Accurately documenting interactions within CRM systems
• Managing multiple screens and software systems simultaneously
• Meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

• Call center or contact center experience
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or similar industries
• CRM experience, including Salesforce or comparable systems
• Experience handling high call volumes
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Schedule

• 100% Onsite in Pittston, PA
• Monday through Friday
• 8.5-hour shifts
• Start times available between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
