-Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

-Establish and grow relationships within your community

-Deliver excellent customer service and drive client retention

-Meet and exceed sales and growth goals

-Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team

-Build, develop, and lead your own insurance agency team

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in leadership and business development

Sales, management, or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Ability to obtain or currently hold a General Lines Property & Casualty and Life and Health license
