We are looking for an experienced attorney to join a multifaceted legal practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. This position offers the chance to advise a broad client base on property transactions, disputes, and association-related matters while contributing practical legal guidance across complex cases. The role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys balancing transactional work with advocacy and client counseling in a collaborative setting.Responsibilities:• Handle commercial real estate matters from initial structuring through closing, preparing and negotiating key transaction documents such as purchase agreements, leases, loan-related paperwork, easements, and development contracts.• Advise parties involved in real estate deals, including owners, investors, tenants, lenders, and developers, on legal risks, business objectives, and deal execution.• Perform due diligence for property and development matters by reviewing title materials, assessing zoning considerations, and addressing land use or permitting concerns.• Lead and manage a range of litigation matters involving business, construction, commercial, and real estate disputes through all stages of the case.• Prepare legal filings and case materials, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other written advocacy documents supported by thorough legal research.• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement discussions, depositions, and trial preparation activities, advocating effectively toward resolution.• Counsel condominium associations, board members, and property management professionals on governance, compliance, enforcement, collections, and operational risk issues.• Draft, revise, and update condominium declarations, bylaws, rules, policies, and related governing documents to support association administration and legal compliance.• Provide ongoing strategic guidance to association clients by attending board meetings and assisting with disputes, administrative proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution matters.
