Opportunity Details * 4 Day Clinical Work Week (32 clinical care hours, 8 administrative) * Epic EMR * Mix of young adults to elderly patients * Team Based Care * 5 MDs, 1 NP * 1:1 MD to Medical Assistant * Work life balance through practice transformation and a focus on quality that has propelled Lahey to the top echelon for quality metrics in the state. *Pay Range:* $250,000.00 USD - $290,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
