Front of House Team Leaders support senior leadership in executing daily operations while keeping team members accountable to Operational Excellence and Chick-fil-A’s Recipe for Service. They lead by example, set the tone for each shift, and help create a remarkable guest experience. A Team Leader’s two primary areas of focus are: Ensuring the restaurant runs effectively through strong operational execution Coaching and developing team members Position Type Full-Time Benefits A positive work environment where you can positively influence others Closed on Sundays Learn first‑hand from an experienced Operator and restaurant leadership team Intentional growth and leadership development Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Team Leader Responsibilities Participate operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant Lead shifts and support daily Front of House operations (drive‑thru, counter, dining room, mobile guest) Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs Assist with training and onboarding new team membersSet the tone for the shift and model Chick‑fil‑A hospitality Act as a friendly, encouraging, and motivating team leader Open and/or close the restaurant and serve as a key holder Count cash drawers and finalize daily reports Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and leadership Hold team members accountable to service and hospitality standards Qualifications and Requirements Smile Create and maintain eye contact Speak enthusiastically Make emotional connections with guests Additional Qualifications: Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Strong people and leadership skills Commitment to superior guest service Ability to address team member performance and behavioral issues professionally Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Two years or more of experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager is required.
