We re hiring a Pediatric Dentist in New Orleans, Louisiana who wants strong earning potential, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's oral health.

You ll step into an outpatient pediatric dental role focused on preventive care, restorative procedures, patient education, and treatment planning. You ll work alongside an experienced dental team in a progressive, well-run, and financially stable organization dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
No evenings or weekend requirements
8 20 patients per day based on provider preference and bandwidth
Progressive and financially stable dental organization
Strong clinical support team
Immediate $12,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year agreement
Opportunity for significant production-based earnings

You hold a DDS or DMD degree
You have or can obtain a Louisiana dental license

Compensation & Benefits

Production compensation of 34% for W-2 providers
Production compensation of 38% for 1099 providers
$12,000 sign-on bonus paid immediately with a 2-year contract
