Elevate delivers a new parking experience built on transparency, integrity, and honesty for its clients and employees alike. JOB DESCRIPTION: The lot attendant is the first and last impression for each guest that arrives at the establishment. You'll be responsible for parking, arranging and moving vehicles around the facility. This vital team member must possess a friendly disposition, the ability to problem solve and create a plan while having great attention to detail. Those who are great team players, but able to work independently thrive in this position. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OF APPROVED LOT ATTENDANTS: Excel in customer serviceDrive and park vehicles efficientlyCreate a customer-friendly atmosphereTreat each vehicle with extreme care and cautionInspect vehicles for damageTeam playerAbility to problem solveMaintain crisp and clean appearanceReport items that need to be addressed by managementAbility to pass background and drug testingAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust be at least 19 years of age.Must possess valid state driver's license, not expired or suspended and with no pending Failures to Appear (FTA).Cannot have a major* or capitol** violation on their driving record, no more than one at fault accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years.High School diploma/GED requiredPrevious valet experience preferredAbility to operate manual transmission preferredElevate Parking is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
