  • Ensure adherence to internal lending standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor market conditions and portfolio performance, providing regular updates on emerging risks.
  • Review legal loan documentation, collateral structures, and security interests associated with commercial lending relationships.
  • Develop and execute recovery strategies for troubled or delinquent accounts, including restructures, workouts, liquidations, and recovery plans.
  • Engage directly with borrowers experiencing financial difficulties to negotiate practical resolution strategies.
  • Coordinate with external professionals such as legal counsel, asset liquidation specialists, commercial managers, and real estate representatives to maximize recovery outcomes.
  • Travel periodically to customer locations or collateral sites as needed.
  • Prepare recurring portfolio and risk reports for leadership teams.
  • Support operational improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and strengthening internal processes.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in credit analysis, accounting, finance, commercial lending, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, statistics, or a comparable field.
  • Familiarity with agricultural lending or agribusiness operations.
  • Knowledge of secured lending structures, including UCC filings and agricultural liens.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening processes, which could include background checks, drug testing, driving record review, physical assessments, or other industry-standard evaluations depending on the position requirements.
