Beverage Plant Maintenance Lead — Safety & CI

Luxco is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Kemper location. You will lead maintenance staff, manage shifts, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the plant. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, collaborating with Engineering on improvements, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
