Test Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus - a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Run production test stations: load modules, execute test suites, read results, and route failures for analysis. What you\'ll do: Operate functional and burn-in test stations Execute test procedures and log results Perform first-pass failure triage Maintain station calibration schedules Keep accurate traceability records What you\'ll bring: 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations Able to work to ESD, IPC-A-610, and traceability standards (training provided) Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued Full training provided - no prior industry experience required.
