Assembly Technician

Job Title: Electrical Assembler & Mechanical Assembler (2 Openings) Pay: $22-$26/hr

Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday (4-Day Work Week)

Job Description We are currently hiring for one Electrical Assembler and one Mechanical Assembler to join our growing automation team. These positions are responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and integrating high-quality components used in industrial automation and robotic systems. Whether your experience is in electrical wiring and controls or mechanical maintenance and equipment repair, we are looking for hands-on individuals who enjoy building and problem solving in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment.

• Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in industrial automation and robotic systems.

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to produce high-quality products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical components.

• Work closely with the assembly team to meet production and quality standards.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Electrical Assembler Qualifications (1 Opening) Experience with electrical wiring, control panels, or industrial electrical systems preferred.

• Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical school training preferred.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems is a plus.

• PLC exposure or experience is beneficial but not required.

• Mechanical Assembler Qualifications (1 Opening) Mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, automotive, diesel, agricultural equipment.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly prints.

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment This position is based in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility where employees build custom industrial robotic systems. You'll work alongside a skilled team in a quiet, organized environment using modern tools and technology. Standard hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime opportunities available on Fridays.e

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
