Unified Communications/Skype Operations Analyst Contract View phone number on click.appcast.io* 509 Job Title: Unified Communications/Skype Operations Analyst Duration: Contract Job Description: Skype for Business Server / Lync client support (PC, Mac and mobile) Skype for Business Server / Lync video room systems support Support of Polycom or Cisco Skype integrated devices Support, optimize and maintain Skype for Business Server / Lync infrastructure with high availability Skype for Business / Lync application patching Manage support escalations and drive issue resolution to completion including leveraging of proper processes and communications, working with vendors as required Reporting, monitoring and Analytics – generate reports and monitor UC traffic in real time, respond and react to System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) alerting All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
