Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, observe site activity, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or site personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution location, including the interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and loading dock zones, as conditions vary by site.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, and report unusual behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and other security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Help to deter loss, damage, and/or disruption by maintaining a visible presence, observing operational areas, and communicating potential issues involving trailers, freight movement, and high-traffic logistics areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
