Application Support Analyst

We are partnered with a leading manufacturing company who are looking for a D365 Business Central Support Analyst. They are looking for someone with strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across both financial and operational functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the internal Business Central expert, working closely with teams across finance, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing and supply chain to ensure the ERP system is fully optimised and continues to evolve alongside the business. Responsibilities Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring system reliability and performance. Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and system configuration. Provide day-to-day support for Business Central users, troubleshooting functional issues and resolving support requests. Work closely with stakeholders across finance, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain to identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional Business Central solutions. Coordinate testing, implementation, and rollout of new Business Central functionality, updates, and enhancements. Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and user training materials. Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to maximise Business Central adoption across the organisation. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Business Central, Power BI, Jet Reports, or Excel. Monitor system performance, data integrity, and master data, ensuring best practices are followed. Liaise with Microsoft partners and third-party vendors to manage support cases, upgrades, and future development. Skills and Experience Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. Strong understanding of Business Central modules across finance, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain. Experience managing Business Central users, security, permissions and system administration. Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse management processes, including inventory control, production, bin management, and stock movements. Ability to analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Jet Reports or Business Central reporting. Strong communication skills with experience supporting and training end users. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple business functions. Exposure to AL development concepts, extensions, or working alongside Business Central developers would be advantageous. Experience supporting third-party Business Central integrations would be beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
