Lewis County Health System is seeking a  Board-Certified OB/GYN to help complete the rebuild of our Women’s Health Service in  Lowville, New York . This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, hospital-employed practice and play a key role in shaping the future of women’s healthcare in a close-knit rural community.\n
\nWe are looking for a physician who values  leadership, teamwork, and high-quality patient care , with a strong interest in surgical and procedural work.\n
\nPractice Overview\n

\n
• Join 2 Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians with the need for one additional provider
\n
• Supported by 1 outpatient Nurse Practitioner , allowing physicians to focus on surgical and procedural care
\n
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice with active surgical volume
\n
• Opportunity to help rebuild and grow a vital Women’s Health program
\n

Compensation & Incentives\n

\n
• Very competitive base salary up to $628,000(full-time)
\n
• $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation bonus
\n
• RVU productivity bonus paid quarterly
\n
• 100% of wRVU value over MGMA 75th percentile benchmark
\n
• Threshold: 2,305 wRVUs per quarter
\n
• Call coverage: 10 days per month
\n
• Additional $1,500 per call day for any coverage beyond 10 days in a month
\n

Clinical Volume\n

\n
• Obstetric volume:
\n
• 150 projected annual deliveries for 2025
\n
• Goal to increase to 220+ deliveries in 2026
\n
• Scheduled surgical block time 2 days per week
\n
• Additional OR access for urgent and emergent cases
\n
