About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the growth of its global SaaS business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and optimizing the pipeline and revenue funnels, with a focus on a hybrid product-led and sales-led model. This includes demand generation, content, brand, product, customer, and partner marketing, all integrated to ensure both revenue funnels are consistently full. The role is highly strategic and hands-on, requiring the design and implementation of an AI-first marketing organization. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the CEO and CRO, leading a lean, remote team, and will be directly accountable for the cost of acquisition and the quality of leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 8 years' experience, and a background in building and orchestrating AI-driven marketing operations. They should be entrepreneurial, growth-obsessed, and deeply familiar with the latest marketing tools and best practices. The role demands a leader who is competitive, motivated, and excited to build, with a focus on real outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Experience in global marketing, a hands-on approach to AI, and a strong understanding of both self-serve and sales-led funnels are essential. The VP of Marketing will be measured on their ability to deliver new business and expansion pipeline, and to influence customer retention and expansion through effective marketing strategies.
