Concrete Carpenter Overview Build and remove concrete forms, frame bridge decks, install rebar, and perform concrete finishing on heavy civil projects. Responsibilities Build, install, and strip concrete forms. Frame bridge decks and related structures. Read blueprints and project plans. Install rebar and reinforcing materials. Perform concrete finishing as needed. Follow safety, quality, and project standards. Support weekend outage and weekday prep work. Requirements 8+ years of concrete carpentry experience. Experience with formwork, deck construction, and rebar. Ability to read blueprints. Concrete finishing experience. OSHA 10 certification. Preferred Bridge deck or highway project experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58500.00 - $75000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
