Join an on-site production team on first shift in a temp-to-perm opportunity where your attention to detail keeps milling operations on target. You’ll be the go-to for configuring machines, safeguarding quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Your impact

• Translate specs into accurate machine set-ups that launch production on time.
• Run and monitor milling equipment, quickly resolving basic issues to protect uptime.
• Verify output with routine inspections to ensure every part meets standard.
• Champion 5S-style cleanliness and safety across your area.
• Pitch in on light maintenance and manage supplies to avoid delays.

What sets you up for success

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort with basic PC tasks, data entry, and core literacy/numeracy.
• Must pass or hold STRATTEC operator driver's license for power-driven vehicles and fire extinguisher training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
