Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or renew work equipment.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to maximize the life of the equipment.
• Perform inspections and diagnostic tests.
• Identify worn or damaged parts of the equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Control and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain records of inspections, services, and repairs.
• Request decommissioning of equipment if necessary.
• Maintain supplies and inventories and request purchases if necessary.
• Maintain your work shop.
• Availability to serve as a substitute runner.

Requirements:

• Heavy drivers license.
• Basic knowledge in automotive and diesel mechanics (preferred).
• Knowledge of handling heavy equipment.

We Offer:

• Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (According to demonstrable experience).
