In this role, you will work with private equity sponsors, family offices, portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, and other businesses on buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, and exits. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on managing sophisticated transactions, leading deal teams, and working directly with clients on strategic initiatives. Our team advises on transactions across industries, including healthcare, technology, professional services, infrastructure, insurance, education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and financial services, with the support of GT’s global platform of transactional and regulatory lawyers and other specialists.
