Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to become part of our clinic in Joplin, Missouri. Highlights of the Otolaryngology Position:

• Engage in a comprehensive practice with immediate growth potential.
• Participate in a call schedule of 5 days per month.
• Utilize 11 state-of-the-art operating rooms equipped with Stryker Multi-Gen Video Systems.
• Work from a clinic office suite located on the hospital campus.
• The clinic features 7 examination rooms, 2 procedure rooms, dedicated allergy space, and an attached audiology clinic.
• Access to private pre-operative and post-operative rooms.
• Benefit from a large, established multi-specialty referral network.
• Utilize a system-wide EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• An interest in allergy treatment is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Opportunities for teaching at a local medical school are available.

What We Offer:

• A guaranteed salary of $600,000, along with a $55,000 recruitment bonus and a $35,000 retention bonus, plus up to $20,000 for relocation expenses.
