Part-Time Financial Administrator
- Chicago family office seeks part-time Bookkeeper to support Director of Accounting & Administration and family members.
- Two or three days weekly, on site (downtown Chicago).
- Provide support for the day-to-day financial operations and administration of the office, assisting family and its team of accountants, estate attorneys and investment professionals in management of the operation.
- Assist in the generation of monthly / quarterly reports (cash reports, balance sheets, foundation gifting reports).
- Provide support and administration for property management matters (i.e., engage with property managers).
- Assist with personal family matters: travel arrangements, bill pay, organizing functions, research, etc.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in accounting, family office management, banking, or legal office.
- Ability and desire to work independently in a quiet office setting.
- Expertise in accounting, financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Only local, Chicago area applicants will be considered.
