Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our North Mankato-MN facility.

Work Authorization:
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Communication with the customers using our computer systems, answering phone calls, and replying to emails/chats

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and represent our company in a professional manner

• Respond to customer inquiries through incoming calls, emails, and live chat

• Put forth ideas to develop new best practices to maximize the customer experience

• Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers

• Build long-lasting customer relationships

• Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

• Navigate a variety of computer programs and websites

Your Shift:

• 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

You Must Have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in computer systems

• Ability to demonstrate empathy and the ability to build positive, trust-based relationships

• Develops and applied in-depth product knowledge following training

• Technical skills and aptitude with the ability to learn and apply new systems and tools quickly

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Maintains a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
