Job Description Summary The Assistant Executive Housekeeper assists in leading the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. This position supports the Director of Housekeeping in managing housekeeping staff, overseeing room inspections, maintaining productivity standards, controlling departmental expenses, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and fostering a positive, service-oriented work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operational Leadership Assist in directing all daily housekeeping operations, including: Guest Rooms Public Areas Laundry (if applicable) Housepersons Overnight Housekeeping Uniform Room Lost & Found Assist with opening and closing departmental responsibilities.
