Requirements
Minimum 5 years customer service experience
At least 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic computer operations and office software
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive demeanor under pressure
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Job Description
Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and check-ins/outs
Perform front desk administrative tasks including phone handling, insurance verification, and patient record management
Coordinate patient flow smoothly with clinical staff
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims following office policy
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Assist with office organization and supply management
