Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using evidence-based techniques
• Develop personalized care plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active New Hampshire PT license or compact eligibility
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
