Registered Nurse - Neurology

Role Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and collaborates with advanced practice providers to achieve clinical objectives. Responsibilities Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors staff during shifts; participates in performance evaluations. Assesses patient care needs and develops appropriate care assignments. Evaluates patient care effectiveness and addresses issues impacting outcomes. Responds to patient care complaints and manages through established channels. Contributes to hiring, training, and staff development. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing. At least one year of registered nurse experience. Active professional nursing license and BLS certification applicable to the state.
