The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU, and be comfortable working in a high acuity, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Deliver high-quality care to neonatal patients
• Manage complex medical equipment and perform critical interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to families during the care process

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Current RN licensure with BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience
• EPIC experience and competence in managing critical care equipment and procedures
